Seasonal Rates from December 15th to April 30th:

All rental rates are subject to change without notice.  Hawaii state taxes are added to all rates, a 4.712% G.E. tax and a 7.25% Transient tax. Phone service if available is charged at $35.00 per month, (no long distance calls are to be charged to phone).  A non-refundable check out cleaning fee is charged: for studio units $75.00 and for one bedroom units $85.00.  All weekly rates must be pre-paid prior to arrival.  Payment of rent is due within 3 days after arrival.  Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, (US funds), traveler checks and money orders are accepted.  Cancellation of the reservation for a deposit refund must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
