All rates are subject to change without notice.  All rates are subject to the Hawaii 4.712% G.E. tax and 7.25% Transient tax.  All weekly rentals must be pre-paid prior to arrival.  Units with working telephones pay $35.00 per month telephone fee.  There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $140.00 in addition to the rent.  All weekly rentals must be pre-paid prior to arrival. Payment of rent is due within 3 days after arrival.  Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, (US funds), traveler checks and money orders are accepted.  Cancellation of the reservation for a deposit refund must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
