State Taxes are added to all rental rates,
4.712% G.E. tax and 7.25% Transient tax.
Units with working telephones are to pay a
$35.00 monthly telephone fee. There is a
non-refundable cleaning fee for all units:
Studios $75.00, one bedrooms $85.00, two
bedrooms $140.00. Payment of rent is due
within 3 days after arrival. Visa
and MasterCard, personal checks, (US funds),
traveler checks and money orders are accepted.
Cancellation of the reservation for a deposit
refund must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
