condominiums comprise the luxuriously appointed

Island of Oahu approximately 35 minutes from
Honolulu International Airport and 50 minutes
(freeway driving) from Waikiki.
This is in renowned Makaha famous for its
wondrous surf on the Waianae Coast. Away from
the bustle of metropolitan Honolulu and the
crowds of Waikiki. Makaha is quiet country on
the Leeward side of the Island where sunshine is
the hallmark, warm and abundant year around.
But your vacation in Makaha is as lively or as
lazy as you want it to be. Whatever your pace
and pleasure, your home at the Hawaiian Princess
is a hospitable and very special place on a
coved, white-sand beach that rims the Pacific
and has for a backdrop the majestic Waianae
Mountains a real escape hatch from the
work-a-day world.
Hawaiian
Princess living is characterized by elegant,
spacious units each with a lanai, full kitchen,
and a splendid 180-degree ocean view-great for
whale, dolphin, and sunset watching. All units
are completely furnished including color
television, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and fully
equipped kitchen. In addition to an ocean-side
pool and Jacuzzi, there are gas barbecue
facilities, a picnic area, tennis court and a
recreation room for private parties.

All rates are

State Taxes are added to all rental rates,
4.712% G.E. tax and 7.25% Transient tax.
Units with working telephones are to pay a
$35.00 monthly telephone fee. A
non-refundable check out cleaning fee is charged
to each unit $85.00 for standard one bedroom and
$140.00 for the two bedroom unit. All
daily and weekly rentals must be pre-paid prior
to arrival. All other rents must be paid
within 3 days after arrival. Visa
and MasterCard, personal checks, (US funds),
traveler checks and money orders are accepted.
Cancellation of the reservation for a deposit
refund must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
