Hawaiian Princess living is characterized by elegant, spacious units each with a lanai, full kitchen, and a splendid 180-degree ocean view-great for whale, dolphin, and sunset watching. All rates are subject to change without notice.  Hawaii State Taxes are added to all rental rates, 4.712% G.E. tax and 7.25% Transient tax.  Units with working telephones are to pay a $35.00 monthly telephone fee.  A non-refundable check out cleaning fee is charged to each unit $150.00 for standard one bedroom and $200.00 for the two bedroom unit.  All daily and weekly rentals must be pre-paid prior to arrival.  All other rents must be paid within 3 days after arrival.  Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, (US funds), traveler checks and money orders are accepted.  Cancellation of the reservation for a deposit refund must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
